Bought the chair for 270€ when it was on sale. Delivery was prompt. Looks just like the picture. The box it comes in is surprisingly small and light. Setup is reasonably easy and the instruction manual perfectly adequate. Boulies has obviously put in a huge amount of effort into reducing manufacturing costs and it shows, but I don't mean it in a negative way. In fact, looking expensive without actually being is perhaps this chair's strongest suit. Looks sleek and modern without the off-putting gamer aesthetics. The pu-suede hybrid is a nice grey with a bluish hue. Feels nice. Build quality turned out solid even if upon initial inspection I had my doubts. Armrests are a bit wobbly although well made and not entirely plastic. Pillows are well made, especially the lumbar support pillow. The pillowcases are super soft. They are removable and washable. They get pretty warm after a while. The head pillow is super firm and pretty thick. Didn't work for me. I ended up not using either. Even so, the chair is incredibly comfortable. I was pretty sceptical of the whole "design that follows the natural curvature of the spine" thing, but boulies actually delivered on this one, and it's what sets this chair apart from others in this price range. Personal preferences may vary of course but for me (181cm /85kg with wide hips and shoulders) it works like a charm. I'm a very undisciplined seater an usually end up shuffling into the most ridiculous seating positions after a while. In this chair, maintaining a neutral seating position is completely effortless. The multi-lock mechanism helps a great deal and this is the only chair I could find under 300€ that has one. Overall, I paid 270€ and got a good looking, well built chair with the full range of premium features, which I think is a very good deal. If you're any shorter than me I recommend checking out the master one. The aesthetics are even nicer and the integrated lumbar support system seems pretty sweet. I knocked a star off because a) the pillows didn't work for me and I think the integrated system was clearly the way to go for this one and b) because I asked for the fabric upholstery and got the pu one instead.

I had a more budget chair before because I was thinking that there is no major difference between them, It's only the brand you pay.
Was dealing with back pain in the last couple of weeks and tried different types of cushion to relax my back, but no luck.
After a quick research and some youtube reviews I decided to go with the Boulies Elite chair, and all I can say that I can feel the difference from the first time I tested out. Comfy, relaxing, had no problems yesterday. (Sitting 8-10hours/day)

Super quality!!

The Elite chair was very easy to assemble, and has been very comfy so far. The 2 included support pillows are great too. The armrests are very adjustable which is more useful than I thought it'd be. They do feel a bit wobbly, but not unsteady at their base and it's not really an issue. No cons about the chair so far, after a month's daily usage!
